  • 1988: Attended Rotary Scholar Group Study Exchange to Peru, S.A.
  • 1981-1992: Analyst and Consultant for Houston Lighting and Power Company, Performed Energy Audits to reduce customer utility bills up to 25%. Analyzed products and programs that affected customer and company energy usage, especially Conservation, Solar Energy, and Air Conditioning. Published several reports for HSES, ASHRAE and ASME.
  • 1982 to Present: Self Employed Real Estate Broker Investor: Responsible for Marketing, Financing, Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Management of Commercial and Residential Properties throughout the Houston area. Currently manage over 200 properties.
