Brokerage Services

I offer Property management services throughout the greater Houston area. In most cases, the fee is only $50 per month for all of the "non-out of pocket" expenses such as collection and distribution of rental proceeds, tenant interfacing, contractor negotiations/scheduling, and reporting. (For example- if your monthly rental is $900 and there were no expenses, I would send you $850 for that month) Any expenses that involve costs such as contractor payments would of course be deducted as paid. There is a one month's rent leasing fee if my services are required to lease a property. I am a member of credit reporting and Multiple Listing Services to effectively screen tenants and market properties.

There is no override or exclusivity on the contractors that I use, however, I have negotiated services with them over the years and have developed reliable and trusting relationships. There is no long term contract for the property management, and my fee is the most reasonable. I have a staff dedicated to record management and reporting functions using Quickbooks software, to keep up to date records and simplify reporting procedures.
